The Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) has announced a new ranking of WPO members, called the WPO Women 2 Watch. The list will highlight WPO members from around the world who have applied for the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies™ listing and, based on experiencing significant revenue growth, are on their way to realize even greater growth. Dao Jensen Kaizen’s founder and CEO, has been ranked #10 on this year’s WPO Women 2 Watch list.

The ranking is for WPO members in good standing only, who have experienced impressive, growth from 2014-2019. Financial documents must be submitted by all companies for fact checking purposes. Members must be running their company’s day to day management as the CEO / President / Partner of a privately held company, with at least $2 million in annual revenue ($1 million for service-based businesses.). The ranking is based on a mathematic formula combining percentage and absolute growth. Applications for next year will be available in the first quarter of 2020. There is no cost to apply.

In line with Ideagen’s goal of cross-sector collaboration, this powerful annual event brings together the world’s leaders and luminaries to create systemic solutions and strategic partnerships to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the progress of women everywhere.

In pursuit of these collaborative solutions, the annual Summit assembles diplomats and 1,000 of the world’s leading companies, NGOs, public sector organizations, and inspirational visionaries to generate new ideas and solutions to achieve the UN SDGs and advance the interests of women around the globe.

This Summit saw contributions from major industry leaders and luminaries such as Kim Smith (IBM), Mimi Ryder (young Elsa in Disney’s Frozen on Broadway), Gretchen O’Hara (Microsoft), and Maria Loi (celebrity chef and successful entrepreneur).

In becoming a force to drive advance critical policies that empower women in business, Dao recently accepted a position on the Board of Directors of the Institute for EconInstitute for Economic Empowerment of Women (#IEEW). The IEEW empowers women to grow their businesses, pursue greater entrepreneurial ventures, and become more active public policy advocates. With this position, Dao can use her personal experiences as a leader in the male-dominated tech industry to make an impact on the future of entrepreneurial success and leadership for women.

Kaizen Technology Partners is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as one of the “Top 100 Woman-Owned Businesses in the Bay Area” by the San Francisco Business Times.  The awards and rankings will be announced at the Women Who Lead event on October 2nd, 2019.  

This list and special section of the San Francisco Business Times shows the emerging leadership of women as chief executives and owners of Bay Area businesses. Companies considered for the award must be headquartered in the Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo counties.), independent and privately owned, and at least 51% women-owned.

This award marks one of Kaizen’s latest recognitions this year. Recently, Kaizen announced that it was named in the famous Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
